Michael P. Driscoll DVM
Dr. Driscoll grew up in Alabama and decided at a very young age that he wanted to be a veterinarian just like his uncle. He later attended college and veterinary school at Auburn University where he graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. After completing his education Dr. Driscoll then moved to Cheyenne in 1980. Dr. Driscoll opened Broadmoor East Veterinary Clinic and Broadmoor East Boarding and Grooming in the summer of 1989. Dr. Driscoll's veterinary interests are in anesthesia and pain management, reproduction, endoscopy, and surgery.
He is a member of the America Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Wyoming Veterinary Medical Association (WVMA) where he has served as president, vice president, member at large, and other board positions. He is active with the Cheyenne Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA). He is a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), and affiliate member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), and a member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (IVAPM). He is the Dexdomitor/Antisedan Local Expert representative for Southeast Wyoming, Northeastern Colorado, and Western Nebraska. He served as the Ticket Committee Chairman for Cheyenne Frontier Days 2000-2002 and is currently serving as a member of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Buckle Club.
Dr. Driscoll has been married to his wife, Beth, a retired elementary school teacher, for over 30 years. They have two children, Jesse and Jeremiah, and three grandchildren Jackson , Raleigh, and Flynn. Their animal children are three dogs Bella, an Australian Shepard; Bailey, a Carin Terrier, and Bentley, a Yorkshire Terrier; and a cat named Dinah.
In his spare time Dr. Driscoll likes to work outside gardening and landscaping at his home, playing tennis, reading, and practicing the craft of leather and rawhide braiding.
Sarah Oedekoven, DVM
Dr. Sara Oedekoven, otherwise known as “Dr. O”, was born and grew up in Wyoming. She went to the University of Wyoming to earn her bachelor’s degree, then went on to Colorado State University to complete her veterinary degree in 2004. Dr. Oedekoven first practiced mixed large and small animal medicine in Western South Dakota for 6 years before returning to Wyoming. She started at Broadmoor East in 2011.
Dr. Oedekoven is married to Kevin, an IT Professional for the State of Wyoming. She has 2 children, Levi and Cora, and 2 animal children, Nina, a greyhound, and Polo, a beagle-terrier mix.
In her spare time, Dr. Oedekoven like to read, hunt, fish, camp, hike, knit, and be a Girl Scout Leader.
Coreen Frawley, DVM
Dr. Frawley grew up in southern California. She attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona to complete her bachelors degree. She moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University Veterinary Medical School and graduated in 2013. She moved to Cheyenne shortly after to join the wonderful Broadmoor East Veterinary Clinic team. Dr. Frawley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Wyoming Veterinary Medical Association (WVMA), and the Cheyenne Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA).
Dr. Frawley is married to Max who is completing his PhD in Biomedical Sciences. They enjoy activities together such as skiing, salsa dancing, hiking and traveling. They have a wonderful dog Kako who loves long road trips with the family. Dr. Frawley is a dancer and has been dancing since three years of age. She continued dancing and teaching throughout vet school and is now dancing and teaching at Act Two Studios in Cheyenne.
